An individual member is any person who...

Speaks French

Is interested in French-speaking culture

Is 16 years of age or older

Is residing in Saskatoon or its suburbs in the Saskatoon census metropolitan area

Adheres to the mission and goals of the Federation

Paid the annual membership fee, the amount of which is determined by the General Assembly of the Federation
