As Provincial Secretary and Minister responsible for Francophone Affairs, it is my pleasure to present this report on the Government of Saskatchewan's French-language Services Policy for the 2007-08 and 2008-09 fiscal years.

We are determined to do our part to ensure high quality of life for Francophones in Saskatchewan and will continue to work, in close consultation with the Francophone community, to build our capacity to provide additional French-language services.
